This week we dive into how to move stagnant energy - otherwise known as Qi - that is stored within the body. The 3 main takeaways when it comes to moving stagnant energy through your body and coming back to your natural, energised state of Being where energy is flowing in abundance through you ARE:
Primal Movement - shake your body, dance or move intuitively to remove fear and trauma stored into the body and bring yourself back into balance
Tapping / Cupping - use this Ayurvedic technique to activate the autonomic nervous system and bring Qi back into flow throughout your body
Get In Your Body - find a somatic practice that resonates with you; get involved in an intuitive creative practice to realign the mind with the body and bring awareness back into the Present Moment
All of these things will bring you deeply back into the Now and I highly recommend doing them in this order if you want to feel optimal in your body and being again. They are great ways to lay the foundations for a deeper stillness/meditation practice afterwards, and
